Refund Policy

We want the course to be worth it. Below are the terms for refunds on FlowVibeLab products.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If the course isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the Start plan — no questions asked.
2. Pro subscription
You can cancel the Pro subscription at any time and future charges will stop. Payment for a period already started is non-refundable, but access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Exceptions
A refund may be declined where there are clear signs of abuse — for example, downloading all materials and then requesting a refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@valflow.dev from the address used for the purchase. Refunds are processed through our payment partner Paddle (Merchant of Record).
5. Timing
Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method; funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
