These Terms govern access to and use of the FlowVibeLab online course ("FVL", "we"). By purchasing access or using school.valflow.dev, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
FlowVibeLab is an online vibecoding course: video lessons, learning materials, hands-on projects, and access to an AI mentor. The service is delivered digitally through the website.
2. Access and account
We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to access the course materials for your own learning. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and must not share them with third parties.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partner Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown on the site; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The Pro plan is a recurring subscription that continues until cancelled.
4. Acceptable use
Course materials are for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, publicly distribute, or share the materials with third parties without our written consent.
5. Intellectual property
All course materials — videos, text, code, and design — are owned by FlowVibeLab and protected by copyright. Access does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimer
The course is educational. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or employment — outcomes depend on your own effort. The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowVibeLab is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the course.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page; the last-updated date is shown above.
